Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner-Engineering P4COR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telesis-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telesis-Technologies such as the TMP3000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLC5TRAINER manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLC6322F2121110163463200001 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Indramat Brand RAC31150460L00W1220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Air-Valve such as PR10PH10CA equipment made by Air-Valve have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Air-Valve products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Air-Valve" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNAT4422 by Allen-bradley and PR10PH10CA spares by Air-Valve are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
